Mr. A R Valisha Shakeel is the guiding spirit who has given the organization an enviable growth since inception. With over 25 years of experience in Taxation and Financial Advisory services. Mr. Shakeel is an expert in Indian direct and indirect taxes viz tax advisory, investment structuring and tax litigation and has experience in handling international tax matters. He has extensive experience in representing matters before the Indian tax authorities.

Mr. Nagaraj qualified as Chartered Accountant in the Year 2009. He has worked for a brief period with the firm in the capacity of Audit Manager. He handles various Statutory audits, Internal Audits and Secretarial compliance for diverse nature of companies. He holds graduation from Karnataka University.

Mr. Tufeel Ahmed is a well qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant having an experience of over 10 years in Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. He has also worked for a brief period with one of the leading firm of chartered accountants on various assignments. He has handled various statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, Income Tax & other compliances for diverse nature of companies. He holds PGDM-Dual degree in Finance from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune.

He handles corporate tax, international tax and individual tax matters and also handles transfer pricing Certification/ documentation and tax advisory services for tax effective alternatives, evaluating business transactions for potential tax exposures, compliance on corporate tax matters and also representing clients on litigation matters.

Mr. Amaresh Kanasavi, was qualified as Chartered Accountant in the year 2019. He handles Audit of Trusts and corporates entities and also he is into Direct Taxation, International taxation and individual tax matters, tax advisory services. Further, he has been practicing the area of compliance on corporate tax matters and also representing clients on direct tax litigation matters/assessment and appeals at various level.
